In the heart of the wine-growing village of Marsannay-la-Côte, close to the church square and shops, fully renovated apartment on 1st floor (13 steps) of a beautiful winegrower's house, comprising: 1 dining room opening onto living room, TV, wifi, 1 small shower room with Italian shower, 2 bedrooms each with 1 140 cm bed, 1 small fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker), 1 separate toilet. On the landing: 1 laundry room with washing machine. Folding baby bed, high chair and baby bath available. Detached garden with garden furniture. 1 private parking space. Possibility of leaving 2 bikes or 2 motorcycles in the owners' garage.
Nearby: lovely walks or bike rides in the vineyards of Marsannay la Côte. All local shops. Take the Route des Grands Crus, a Unesco World Heritage site, to discover the emblematic vineyards of Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-St-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny, Clos de Vougeot... all the way to Beaune and its Hospices, also a World Heritage site. Just a few km from Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, City of Art and History and City of Gastronomy.

Ian Comfortable, clean and convenient
We spent a very pleasant 5 nights at Fleur de Vigne. It’s very conveniently located near Dijon, at the northern end of the côte de Nuits. The apartment is clean and comfortable and we had an excellent sleep after our long flight. Alain et Danielle are excellent hosts making us welcome in the gîte.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
L’accueil d’Alain et Danielle a été vraiment chaleureux : ils sont accueillants, bienveillants et aux petits soins du début à la fin.Tout était parfaitement prêt à notre arrivée, avec une attention particulière très appréciée comme la gigoteuse déjà installée pour notre bébé. Ils sont également très gentils et attentifs avec les enfants, ce qui fait toute la différence.
Le gîte est impeccable : très propre, lits faits, bien équipé — idéal pour une petite famille ou sinon pour deux couples. Les chambres sont assez grandes.
Enfin, l’accès à Dijon est rapide et pratique, ce qui est un vrai plus.
Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
