Holiday cottage on one level, adjoining the owner's house, in the heart of lush greenery ideal for Hiking.
Independent, fully-equipped kitchen. Living room with sofa, TV, WIFI, 1 bedroom with 140cm bed. 1 bedroom with 160cm bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. Separate WC. High chair for baby. Private garden (garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, table with chairs) on a beautiful 4000 m² wooded property. Closed bicycle storage. Private parking in front of Holiday cottage.
Electric heating included. Housekeeping included, Bed linen and towels provided. Pets welcome for €45 for the duration of your stay.
Electric vehicle charging is not compatible with our installation.
Ideally located 60 km from Dijon and 18 km from Beaune, also known for its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage site, CORMOT-VAUCHIGNON is within easy reach of a wide range of nature activities, including hiking trails, greenways, lakes and cliffs. The Morvan Regional Nature Park is also just 30 minutes away. Cultural discoveries are also rich and varied, with Autun and its Gallo-Roman past, the castles of Pommard, Couches, Sully, etc.
NOLAY, a picturesque medieval village with stone-roofed covered market (14th century) and church (15th and 17th centuries), offers all amenities just 1 km from the Holiday cottage.

Francis Agréable séjour
Le gîte est fonctionnel et très bien entretenu. Nous avons apprécié le sympathique accueil d'Anna et Éric qui sont restés discrets tout au long du sejour. Le jardin est magnifique et spacieux, notre chienne était heureuse. Le gite est tres bien situé et permet de belles decouvertes avec les circuits de randonnées a proximité. C'était parfait !
