A single-story holiday cottage, semi-detached house, nestled in lush green surroundings perfect for hiking.
Fully equipped separate kitchen. Living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, 1 bedroom with a 140-cm bed, and 1 bedroom with a 160-cm bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. Separate toilet. High chair for babies. Private garden (garden furniture, lounge chairs, umbrella, table with chairs) on a beautiful, 4,000 m² wooded property that is not fenced. Lockable bike storage. Private parking in front of the holiday cottage.
Electric heating included. Housekeeping included; bed linen and towels provided. One pet is allowed for a fee of 55 € for the duration of the stay.
Charging electric vehicles is not compatible with our setup.
Ideally located 60 km from Dijon and 18 km from Beaune—also known for its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site— CORMOT-VAUCHIGNON offers access to numerous outdoor activities, including hiking trails, greenways, lakes, cliffs, and more. The Morvan Regional Nature Park is also just 30 minutes away. Cultural attractions are just as rich and varied, featuring Autun and its Gallo-Roman history, as well as the castles of Pommard, Couches, Sully, and more.
NOLAY, a picturesque medieval village with its stone-roofed market halls (14th century) and church (15th and 17th centuries), offers all amenities just 1 km from the holiday cottage.

LF Great location, lots of space
Eric is a very helpful, generous person. The flat is nice a large, with a comfortable sitting room and large kitchen. The garden area is nice to bask in the sun, and the parking is large and easy to get to. The location is great for hiking and also for biking in Burgundy. A car is recommended, as the public transport is not easy. There are many restaurants, a bakery, and a supermarket in Nolay. THe place is designed for summer, so if coming when the evenings are cool, bring some warm clothes.

Francis Agréable séjour
Le gîte est fonctionnel et très bien entretenu. Nous avons apprécié le sympathique accueil d'Anna et Éric qui sont restés discrets tout au long du sejour. Le jardin est magnifique et spacieux, notre chienne était heureuse. Le gite est tres bien situé et permet de belles decouvertes avec les circuits de randonnées a proximité. C'était parfait !
