La Ferme de Bon Espoir is a luxurious and comfortable Holiday cottage with a large capacity, completely renovated.

First floor: beautiful 50 m² dining room with modern, fully-equipped open kitchen and 40 m² living room with fireplace. Ideal for family and friends gatherings.
A large bedroom with shower room and disabled-accessible toilet. Separate WC.
First floor: 5 large bedrooms with king-size beds (1 bed 160x200, 5 beds 90x200 and 6 beds 80x200 which can be twinned by 2), each with private bathroom and WC (3 showers and 2 baths). 2 extra beds.

Quiet terrace and enclosed parking in the courtyard. Secure, heated private Piscine (May to
October) 7.5x4. Large 2000 m² garden. Electric heating according to consumption. Free wood. Bed linen, towels and table linen included, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
Dogs and cats admitted with prior agreement and additional deposit.

Rural and wooded setting. The farm is an outbuilding of the Château de Bon Espoir, which owes its name
named after an ancient chapel that no longer exists. Horses can be accommodated for escapades in the beautiful, unspoilt Châtillonnais countryside. 400 m² reception room for weddings close to the Holiday cottage, where friends
before, during and after the big day, in a convivial setting. The Holiday cottage is rented with the reception room in season. No receptions out of season. Reduced rate if ground-floor room not occupied. You'll enjoy walks in the beautiful forests of the Châtillonnais, the future National Park of Champagne-Burgundy, along the banks of the Rhone.
