On the first floor, the house comprises a large living room with exposed stone walls, a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room, a lovely TV lounge, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, with air-conditioning, there are 6 bedrooms (quality bedding) with soft furnishings: 3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds (90cm), 2 bedrooms with a 160cm bed and 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room with WC. 3rd shower room and separate WC.

Outside, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the private heated 9.6 x 4 m Piscine, open from early April to late October (weather permitting), and a lovely 100 m² covered terrace with a large plancha, table tennis, table soccer and games for the little ones. Pets not allowed.

Gas heating and electricity included in the price, as well as bed linen, final cleaning and towels. Baby equipment on request: 2 Umbrella beds, changing table, 2 high chairs, deckchair, small bathtub and waterbed.

Close to Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, famous for its Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Numerous events all year round: Cinema Festivals, Baroque Music... Hiking and cycling, the Voie des Vignes, in the Vineyard between Beaune and Santenay. Also worth discovering is the Route des Grands Crus, with its famous wine villages of Pommard, Meursault, Volnay, Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet...
