Single-storey extension: 2 bedrooms with 140cm beds, shower room and separate WC.
Balcony, parking and enclosed courtyard in front of the house. Vast 1500 m² garden. Secure garage on first floor for storage of several bicycles. Petanque court available.
Unheated Piscine, 7m x 3.5m, 0.90 m to 1.60 m deep, open from mid-May to October, weather permitting.
Possibility of using the local Tennis court. Freeway 1 km away as the crow flies (double-glazed windows). Near the Etangs d'Or nature reserve: walking trails and fishing reserve. Sightseeing: Beaune and its Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Numerous festivals and events throughout the year. Restaurants and wine-tasting cellars. The Voie des Vignes cycle route between Beaune and Santenay through the Vineyard. Beaune, côté Beach: 14,000 m² of beach, 4 natural swimming pools, climbing wall unique in France, Restaurant. Small grocery store with bread depot in Merceuil. Close to famous wine villages: Meursault, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet, etc.
Access to the house is by a few steps, which is why this Holiday cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Voyageur anonyme Gîte très agréable, le seul point négatif pour nous, c'est l'accès, de l'intérieur au rez de chaussée coté piscine, . Vu la grandeur de la salle de bains, il aurait été plus judicieux de créer un passage sans gêner les occupants des chambres.

Jaquet morgane Magnifique maison spacieuse, nous étions 7 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âges et nous n'avions pas l'impression d'être serré. La cuisine/salle à manger et grande et bien équipée. La piscine et la partie salon extérieur rajoute un vraie plus en plein été, il y a même des bouées de fourni qui nous ont permis de bien rigoler et de retourner en enfance .
Tout est prévu pour venir avec un bébé, seul petit bémol il n'y a que 2 douches donc plus compliqué pour faire la douche de notre fils mais cela est vraiment négligeable le reste était top- Cleanliness

David G D’abord il faut dire que nous étions très contents et que nous avons passé une superbe semaine chez le Domi. Les enfants surtout ont apprécié le jardin et la piscine, mais tout le monde en a profité.
Les deux chambres en bas étaient parfaites pour les petits enfants, qui pendant la journée avaient accès directement au jardin, et le soir pouvaient se séparer des adultes.
Le seul ´probleme´ qu’on a constaté était la difficulté de dormir dans la chambre à côté de la cuisine, quand quelqu’un était dans la cuisine,
mais comparé à tous les avantages du gîte, ce n’était pas important.
L’accueil était chaleureux, et puis les propriétaires ne nous ont pas dérangés du tout.
