On the ground floor (access by 7 steps from outside), kitchen and dining/living room (TV) with direct access to the small enclosed courtyard. Garden, barbecue, garden furniture and lovely view over the meadows.
Bathroom with shower and corner bath. Separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine.

Upstairs, two separate sleeping areas. One has a Kids' bedroom with a single bed, bathroom and toilet, and a second bedroom with a 140x190cm bed.
The second sleeping area comprises two further bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm bed, which you cross to reach the fourth bedroom with a 140x190cm bed. Attractive floor tiles.

All shops, restaurants. Entertainment and visits in summer.
If you're a history buff, you'll be pleased to know that one of France's greatest historical figures, the young Prince of Navarre, future King Henry IV, fought his first battle against the Catholics here.

Visits and activities: 1 km away, take advantage of the Etang Fouché Base de loisirs and its supervised beach in summer. From Arnay, you can also explore the Morvan regional nature park, the tourist sites of the regional capital Dijon, the gastronomic city of Saulieu, the Abbey of Fontenay, the vineyards of Beaune or the Gallo-Roman remains of Autun... A6 freeway exit: Pouilly-en-Auxois (15 mn).
