Close to the Canal de Bourgogne, in a 1900 house with 2 apartments, renovated Holiday cottage with on the first floor: small living room with kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave and electric oven, shower room with WC. Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms, one with a 140x200 bed and the other with 2 90x200 beds. Enclosed garden and parking. Non-convertible sofa and highchair for baby. Internet access via fiber.
Enjoy a lovely setting, 100 m from the canal, to discover on foot or by bike, and also 200 m from the Vandenesse river. Nearby: ideal location for discovering the charms of Burgundy, in particular the Auxois and Ouche valleys. Shops in Bligny sur Ouche and Pouilly en Auxois. Lively lock at Pont d'Ouche in season. Medieval village of Châteauneuf en Auxois. Ouche Valley tourist railway at Bligny. Beach at Vandenesse en Auxois. The Route des Grands Crus de Bourgogne is 30 minutes away, and Dijon, the capital of Burgundy and a City of Art and History, is 45 minutes.

Chris & Alex Agréable et tranquille
Gîte agréable et fonctionnel au bord du canal de Bourgogne. Sur carte, la proximité de l'autoroute peut faire peur mais elle est en pleine forêt donc aucune nuisance sonore ou visuelle. Situation centrale pour visites de Dijon, Beaune, Autun, Semur-en-Auxois... Il est vrai que le premier supermarché est à 15min en voiture, mais c'est ce qui fait la tranquillité du lieu.
