In the heart of the Auxois region, Agnès has created a Holiday cottage with its own entrance on the 1st floor, as an extension of her home. This former barn has been tastefully renovated, retaining its original charm while adding a touch of modernity and originality. The bright Holiday cottage comprises a pretty living room with sitting area and fitted kitchen, a bedroom with shutters and a 160x200cm bed, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Additional bedding available in sofa bed (140x190cm). Shared laundry room. Agnès gives you access to her vast 2000m2 enclosed garden, with vegetable garden and orchard, garden furniture, barbecue, plancha and relaxation area. Numerous possibilities for discovery and activities nearby: Hiking, cycling on the Burgundy canal, boat cruises in Pouilly-en-Auxois, Commarin and Châteauneuf-en-Auxois castles. Cercey, Panthier and Grosbois lakes with seasonal beaches. 45 minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, Beaune, capital of Burgundy wines, MuseoParc Alésia and Morvan Regional Park. 18-hole Golf course and Restaurant in prestigious village setting, within walking distance. Private parking in front of Holiday cottage. Freeway exit A6 - Pouilly-en-Auxois less than 7 km away and shops 4 km away. Holiday cottage all inclusive housekeeping, bed linen, towels... Agnès also offers a bed and breakfast "Aux blés d'Or" in her adjoining house.

    excellent séjour

    très agréable dans un gite très confortable, très bien équipé, très calme et très bien placé pour visiter et faire du vélo sur la canal de Bourgogne. Un très bon accueil de la part d'Agnès toujours disponible et de bon conseil.

    Je suis satisfaite que votre séjour se soit bien déroulé. La Bourgogne a encore beaucoup de sites merveilleux à découvrir.

    Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le gite. Aucun reproche à faire, que des compliments, tout est pensé pour satisfaire les locataires, rien ne manque, des prospectus sont à dispositions + les explications et conseil de la propriétaire vous permettrons de faire les bon choix de visites. Les serviettes de douche et cuisine en nombre suffisant ainsi que le lit fait à notre arrivée sont très agréable. Je recommande vivement ce gite.

    Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le gîte est bien équipé, d'une propreté irréprochable et d'un calme olympien. Il est également bien situé pour visiter et se balader.
    Agnès est charmante et prévenante pour que nous ne manquions de rien.

    Très bon séjour d'une semaine en Bourgogne en Août 2024 . Le gîte est idéalement placé pour découvrir la région, la décoration est très agréable et le confort est +++ grâce à la bienveillance d'Agnès . La propriétaire est discrète et disponible .
