Situated opposite the château of the Count of Bussy-Rabutin, the Chemin Coquin Holiday cottage takes its name from its eponymous street.
It's a renovated Semi-detached house with a lovely enclosed courtyard. Entrance with laundry and table soccer. A few steps lead up to the large living room with built-in kitchen on central island, lounge and dining room. Shower room with large walk-in shower. Separate WC.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a beautiful view of the château and its gardens. 2 bedrooms have a double bed (140cm) and 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds (90cm). Second independent WC.
2 sheltered terraces. Enclosed grounds of 1000 m² with parking and large swing.
Oil heating, electricity, linen and housekeeping included in rates.
Nearby: Château de Bussy Rabutin and its French garden, MuséoParc Alésia, the medieval towns of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, famous for its aniseed, and Semur-en-Auxois, Fontenay Abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage site, many picturesque villages. For leisure activities: Le Nid à la Caille lake with supervised swimming and games for Kids. Lake Pont with its own beach. Auxois wildlife and leisure park. Walks and cycle routes along the Canal de Bourgogne. Numerous walks and bike rides from the Holiday cottage.

Joselito71 Un petit coin de Paradis, en pleine campagne, juste en face du Château de Bussy Rabutin.
Maison spacieuse, une grande cour, trois grandes chambres et très bien équipée avec tout le confort moderne.
On a passé un agréable séjour au calme et à proximité de toute les commodités.

We spent a short week for work in this house. We found it a very relaxing environment to both work and be directly in a beautiful surrounding when we closed the computer. We would also highly recommend it for a vacation as well.

Maison spacieuse, très bien agencée, très calme dans un cadre splendide avec vue sur les jardins du château.
Elle est très bien située : beaucoup de visites et de balades à faire aux alentours.

Christophe Superbe séjour avec vue imprenable sur le château
Maison spacieuse, très confortable, dans un secteur particulièrement calme.
Idéalement située au cœur de la côte d'or, à proximité de nombreux sites culturels, nichée dans un écrin de verdure, cette maison et sa propriétaire sont très accueillants.
Nous y étions en hiver et n'avons pas pu profiter des extérieurs et des balançoires, mais nous nous sommes rattrapés avec des parties endiablées de baby-foot.
