It's a renovated Semi-detached house with a lovely enclosed courtyard. Entrance with laundry and table soccer. A few steps lead up to the large living room with built-in kitchen on central island, lounge and dining room. Shower room with large walk-in shower. Separate WC.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a beautiful view of the château and its gardens. 2 bedrooms have a double bed (140cm) and 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds (90cm). Second independent WC.
