Freely inspired by the Château du Clos Vougeot, this impressive 100% wood Holiday cottage with large swimming SPA was built entirely by Arnaud, a carpenter by trade, and his wife Hélène. They will welcome you in a luxury accommodation with refined decoration and imposing exposed beams.

First floor: fully-equipped kitchen opening onto dining room with direct access to terrace, 2 bedrooms: 1 with 2 twin 80 cm beds, the other with 2 twin 90 cm beds. 1 cosy living room with bay window, offering a magnificent view of the Ouche Valley, TV (wifi to be installed by 10/10/2024). Upstairs (accessed via a narrow spiral staircase): 1 mezzanine with 2 x 90 cm beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 x 90 cm twin beds each. Bathroom with Italian shower, washing machine. 1 separate WC. Large terrace with unobstructed view, swimming Spa (1.20 m deep). Private parking.

The Holiday cottage is equipped (outside) with a Minut decibel detector, reminding everyone to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside.

Your stay is all-inclusive, with beds made on arrival, linen, towels and bathrobes. End-of-stay cleaning is included, as are heating and electricity.
