This vast stone Semi-detached house (with a barn belonging to the owners) is a great place to spend a pleasant stay with a small group: indoor swimming pool and nearby tourist attractions.

Tiled first floor: kitchen and dining/living room with fireplace and bar. 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds. Bathroom with shower. WC. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with parquet flooring: one with 2 90cm beds, one with 1 160cm bed and 1 90cm bed, one with 1 160cm bed and the last with 1 130cm bed. Shower room. WC. 6th bedroom of 50 m² for two people (bed 160), access by the garage, with open bathroom (bath-tub, shower, closed WC). Adjoining TV lounge. Laundry room with shower and WC for the Piscine and Spa. 1 baby bed and 1 high chair. Logs available on request from owner. Philips "Senseo original" pod coffee maker.

Enclosed garden 1300 m². Unenclosed courtyard 350 m². Terraces, one on 1st floor. Veranda. Covered shed. Relaxation area including a 5-seater Spa and a 4-seater Sauna with supplement (weekend €50, week €100). Closed garage. Free use of the owner's Sports hall. Piscine heated to 25° (4x9 m) and open from April 1 to All Saints' Day, weather permitting (heating included, weather permitting). The shelter is not heated.

Farming nearby. By renting this Holiday cottage, you agree to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood by ensuring an acceptable noise level. Parties are not permitted. A maximum of 1 pet allowed, with a supplement of €30 per stay. For weekend bookings, departures in the afternoon are permitted.

Geothermal heating and solar panels included. Bed linen and final cleaning package included. Charges and extras : Bathroom linen: 5 € per person per stay. Stere of wood: 50 €. 1 pet allowed with a supplement of €30 per stay.
