A privileged location on the banks of the Saône, ideal for 3 people.
An extension of the Restaurant (bistro/guinguette atmosphere), access to the Holiday cottage is via a private terrace.
On the ground floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs: sitting area with flat-screen TV (canal sat), Mezzanine bed (180x200cm) and double bed (90x190cm), spacious bathroom with bath and WC. 2 single beds (2x80x200cm), charged at €15/night/person. Easy parking 50 m away in the village parking lot.

Holiday cottage all-inclusive: heating and electricity, bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and end-of-stay cleaning.

A maximum of one pet allowed with supplement: 10€/day/pet.
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Le Cascarot has been awarded the "Accueil Vélos" label (closed and secure bicycle shelter), making it an ideal stopover for cyclists and yachtsmen: nautical stopover with private pontoon available (12m), as well as for fishing, boating and water sports enthusiasts (in season).
Nearby: Seurre: shops, Hôtel-Dieu and historical tour of the City. Saint-Jean-de-Losne: 1st inland waterway port, boat rentals and restaurants. Cîteaux Abbey, birthplace of the Cistercians, also renowned locally for its excellent cheese made by the monks. 30 minutes from the famous Burgundy vineyards of Nuits-St-Georges, Beaune (and its Unesco World Heritage Hospices), Meursault... 45 minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, City of Art and History and City of Gastronomy. Jura just a few kilometers away.
