Renovated house on 2 levels. First floor: bright kitchen-dining room, bedroom with 160cm bed, direct access to bathroom and toilet. First floor: living room with TV, 3-seater sofa (2 of which are reclining) and 120cm bed. Private 140 m² courtyard. Quiet, unenclosed 30 m² small garden overlooking the surrounding Countryside. Private parking. Joint ownership with the owners, but independent access and courtyard. Possibility of introduction to watercolor and wild basketry by the owners.
Linen, bed linen, end-of-stay cleaning and oil heating included in the price.
Option: Linen rental per person: 5€.
An enclosed barn is available for storing bicycles.
Close to the main tourist attractions of the Auxois region: Lake Pont, equipped beach, supervised Beach in summer, canoeing, Hiking around the lake. Romain Les propriétaires sont très accueillant. Ils sont de bon conseil, touristiquement parlant. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé. Quincy-le-Vicomte est un joli village, calme et idéalement placé : j'ai pu facilement rayonner (Alésia, Mont Auxois ; Fontenay, Châtillon-sur-Seine ; Semur-en-Auxois, Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, Bussy-le-Château ; Avallon, Vézelay, grottes d'Arcy ; Tonnerre, Tanlay, Ancy-le-Franc et Nuits ; Montbard ; Noyers, Buffon ; Canaux de Bourgogne ...). Parfait séjour en Auxois.

Les Poitevins Accueil charmant, gite "nickel", situation parfaite pour visiter sans trop de km, randonner à pieds ou à vélo et quelle chance...après 2 mois de pluie, une semaine ensoleillée !

Catherine Agréable séjour dans ce petit gite situé dans un écrin de verdure avec pour seul bruit le
chant des oiseaux. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Mr et Mme Louis qui sont des gens charmants avec qui nous avons pris plaisir à discuter. Nous avons apprécier également de goûter les produits de leur jardin. Aucun point négatif si ce n'est que la météo mais largement compensée par la gentillesse des propriétaires.
