First floor: large living room with modern, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living/dining room with wood-burning stove (wood provided for 1st fire), TV and WiFi. Burgundy stone walls and floors. Direct access to courtyard and garden. Separate WC.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 cm bed and private shower room with WC, 1 bedroom with 2 twin 90x200 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 cm bed. Shower room with Italian shower and WC. Bed linen, towels, cleaning and electricity included. Wood heating extra: €5 each.
Outside: a large courtyard in front of the house with garden furniture (possibility of parking 2 vehicles), 1 terrace on the side of the house facing south with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol. Approval garden not overlooked. Very quiet setting, close to the listed church and the river: Umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat, potty and baby bath.
Cats and dogs are welcome. For more than one animal, the owner's agreement is required. A supplement of €30 per animal and per stay will be charged.
In a small, quiet village in the Countryside, in the heart of Burgundy and close to major tourist attractions. City Park in the village, 150 m from the Holiday cottage. 10 mins from Beaune and its Hospices and 10 mins from Nuits Saint Georges, ideally located for exploring the vineyards of the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. Cultural and gastronomic cities to discover (Clos de Vougeot, Meursault, Savigny les Beaune, Dole and many more...). Famous Route des Grands Crus. Dijon, 35 km away, boasts the Palais des Ducs de Bourgogne, the Musée des Beaux Arts and the historic center, as well as the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie.
Entirely non-smoking Holiday cottage. No bachelor or bachelorette parties are allowed in this Holiday cottage.
This Holiday cottage includes: bed linen, household linen, towels and kitchen linen, electricity and electric heating.
1st basket of wood offered, then 5 €/additional basket. For pets: €30 pet cleaning fee.

CYNTHIA Beautiful country house outside Beaune
The house is a renovated traditional country house. Three rooms are decorated in different design. All very nice. A very spacious house for 4-6 friends or family. Kitchen is very well equipped. We have all we need for cooking. Front courtyard can fit two cars. Location is perfect for exploring Bourgogne. 10 minutes to Beaune where you can find everything like restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Our host Catherine is very kind. She welcomes us with a tour of the house and a good crémant de Bourgogne. She also helped us looking for a garage on Saturday for a flat tyre on our rental car. Really appreciated. Highly recommended to everyone who are going to spend a couple days or more in the middle of Bourgogne.

Notre séjour en famille a été très agréable. Le gîte est bien équipé avec sa cuisine , ses nombreux équipements et son poêle à bois. La literie d excellente qualité nous a permis de bien nous reposer

Hébergement très agréable et soigné. Equipements au top, propreté irréprochable ! Très bonne literie. Situé idéalement dans un petit village très calme à proximité de Beaune et à une vingtaine de minutes de Dijon. Très bien pour séjourner dans cette très belle région. Catherine est très attentive et très disponible. Nous reviendrons et recommandons vivement ce gîte.
