Au Petit Bourguignon

Just 8 km from exit 22 of the A6 freeway, in the peaceful village of Précy-sous-Thil, Mathilde and Alexis welcome you for a convivial stay in the heart of Burgundy. This 11-person Holiday cottage is perfect for vacations with friends, family or friends. Please note that the house is located along a road.

The Holiday cottage is composed as follows:
On the first floor, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining room with wood-burning stove (wood basket offered on arrival, then on request and payable on site) two bedrooms (street side), each with a double bed (140 cm). Double shower room with WC, separate WC and washing machine.

First floor:
three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and one with a 120cm bed. Two of these are on the street side. All are equipped with fans for greater comfort in summer.
A lounge area with flat-screen TV, DVD player, table soccer and a range of board games.

Enjoy a large private outdoor area facing the Countryside, with a large forest table under a pergola for outdoor meals, a charcoal barbecue, and a pétanque court (boules provided).

Bikes and motorcycles can be stored in the enclosed courtyard. Private parking in Holiday cottage parking lot.
Pets allowed (2 maximum): €20/pet/per stay.
The Holiday cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Electric vehicle recharging is not permitted on site (charging points available in Semur and Saulieu). Bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.

Au Petit Bourguignon is a pleasant stopover in the heart of Burgundy, perfect for discovering the region and sharing good times in all simplicity.

Arrivals from 5 pm and departures from 11 am. Late departures on request, with a supplement of between €50 and €100 depending on departure time.
