Built in 1852 of fine Burgundy stone, this former manor house has retained all its authenticity. It is surrounded by 3000m² of enclosed grounds, where you can relax and enjoy the shade of the lime tree, the garden and outdoor games (swing, sandpit, trampoline, basketball court and ping-pong table). Weber" charcoal barbecue.

The Holiday cottage on the first floor of the owner's house is tastefully furnished. It comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room with fireplace and TV, and 3 romantic bedrooms, 2 of which are interconnected. The 1st and 2nd have 1 double bed (140cm) and the 3rd 2 twin beds (90cm). Bright, spacious bathroom with toilet.

Geothermal heating. Baby bed and high chair available. Closed parking and covered carport. Holiday cottage located close to a road. 1 animal maximum.

Bed linen, electricity and wood included. Charges and extras : End-of-stay cleaning: €50 (mandatory for business stays) - Bathroom linen: €6 per person per stay - Pets: €5 per pet per day - Central heating with daily charge of €7 to €10 depending on period.

    Très agréable séjour dans un gîte de caractère, à une demi heure en voiture de tout.

    Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette belle maison, entourée d'un grand jardin et suffisamment proche de divers points d'attraction en Bourgogne ( Abbaye de Cîteaux, la côte de Nuits, les bois et les champs, Dijon, Beaune...). Accueil magnifique et grande disponibilité de Roland. Cuisine très bien équipée. Et nous avons eu bien chaud malgré les températures négatives à l'extérieur.

    Gîte idéalement situé entre Beaune et Dijon

    Belle maison de maître qui a du cachet, petits avantages: à 2 minutes à pieds du gîte bonne boulangerie et un restaurant qui offre des menus à midi avec des petits prix!

    Très beau gîte, idéalement situé

    Le gîte est très grand ,confortable et bien équipé pour cuisiner. Très bonne literie. Il est idéalement situé entre Beaune et Dijon.
    Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Petit plus, il y a un terrain de tennis municipal à 200 m à pieds.

    L' accuil etait tres gentil et l´apartement etait ideal pour nous.

    la maison est tres belle. Il y a un grand jardin avec le grand tilleul et nous avons fait le barbecue presque tous les soirs. Nous avons fait le velo au canal du bourgogne et aussi beaucoup des sentiers á randonneurs á la cote dijonais avec les combes.

    Belle région mais des probème de santé nous à oubligé de rester au gite
    Les prix des activitée repousse a sortir .mais cela ne nous empéchera pas re repartir en gites plus prèt de chez nous dans les pays deloire et l ouest
