In Santenay, a spa town renowned for its wines, a few minutes from City center, beautiful 3-storey house set in 9,000 m² of unfenced parkland.

First floor: kitchen/dining room opening onto cosy living room with bay window overlooking terrace and garden (pellet stove, flat-screen TV, wifi). 1st floor: landing with washing machine, separate toilet, 1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed and en-suite shower room (washbasin and shower), 1 bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds and en-suite shower room (washbasin and shower). 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and a bathroom corner, with washbasin and bathtub. WC. Baby bed and high chair available on request.

Beautiful exterior, with large garden, 2 terraces, one of which overlooks the Canal du Centre and Eurovélo 6 (voie verte), with views over the vineyards. Parking space.

Please note: Access to Holiday cottage is via a small sloping path. Holiday cottage not suitable for people with reduced mobility (no ground-floor bedroom). Parking in courtyard in front of Holiday cottage. Bicycles can be stored in an enclosed wooden Chalet.

Pets are not allowed.

In the immediate vicinity of the Canal: Kids are the responsibility of their parents.

Cycle paths: La Voie des Vignes cycle route through the Vineyard, Voie verte from Santenay along the Canal du Centre, and the old railroad line to Nolay. Hiking in the vineyards, on the Montrachet hill or the 3 Croix Mountain. Nearby: the châteaux of Pommard, Meursault and Couches. Other wine villages with evocative names: Chassagne and Puligny-Montrachet, les Maranges, Saint Aubin... 15 min from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, famous for its Hospices, a Unesco World Heritage Site.
