Ideally located between Dijon, Dole and Beaune, this beautiful single-storey house built in 1750 has been completely renovated while retaining all its original charm: French ceilings, marble fireplaces, parquet floors, woodwork and period door and window frames. Dining room with built-in kitchen and fireplace, large living room, 2 large bedrooms (21 m²), each with 1 x 160cm bed and the possibility of adding an extra bed (extra charge), full bathroom with bath, shower and WC. The Holiday cottage is adjoining the owners' house, set in 3800 m² of enclosed grounds with shared courtyard and garden. Bicycle shed. Shared 4x9m Piscine, heated from June to September, secured by a lockable gate and shutter.

Heating, electricity, bed linen, final cleaning, towels (excluding pool towels) included. Baby equipment available (2 baby beds and 2 high chairs).
