In a small hamlet 2 km from Auxonne, the fully renovated and tastefully decorated Holiday cottage "Au Charme de la Cour", close to the owner's house, offers: first floor: 1 fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, with pellet stove, 1 laundry room with washing machine.

Upstairs: 1 living room with good-quality sofa-bed offering 2 extra beds (€29/night/person), flat-screen TV (Netflix) WIFI, open-plan shower room with shower, washbasin, separate WC, 3-seater Spa. On the 2nd floor, under the mezzanine (access via a staircase secured by a rope - not suitable for young Kids): 1 attic bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed.

Outside, beautiful 3.5 x 8 m heated swimming pool, secured by a roller shutter (depth: 1.40 m), open from early May to mid-September (weather permitting). Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, lounge, numerous games (boules, rackets, etc.). Tumble dryer on request.

Enclosed garden. Private parking lot. Bicycles can be stored under cover. Owner Stéphanie, a magnetizer, offers a range of massage treatments, foot reflexology, etc. Breakfast and meals available on request from the owner. Baby bed and high chair available on request.

Close to the Saône with its river port (water sports). Forest walks and marked trails. Greenway cycle route. Saint-Jean-de-Losne, France's leading river port/Auxonne, its banks of the Saône, Vauban's fortifications. Cîteaux Abbey and the cheese made by the monks. 30 km from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and Cité de la Gastronomie.
