Cosy living room with TV, 1 sofa bed for 1 person, wifi. 1 shower room with WC. Upstairs: corridor leading to 2 bedrooms: "les Groseilles" bedroom with 1 x 160X200 cm bed, "les Fouchères" bedroom with 2 twin 80x190 cm beds, 1 shower room with WC. Street-side terrace (little traffic), with garden furniture and electric plancha. Private parking (enclosed courtyard) for 1 vehicle. Possibility of recharging an electric car (free of charge).
