First floor: large 35m² living and dining room, bright and pleasant with wood-burning stove, fitted kitchen, direct access to terrace. One bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed. Shower room and separate WC. Utility room. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: the 1st with 2 twin 80cm beds, the 2nd with 2 twin 90cm beds and the 3rd with 1 160cm bed. Shower room and separate WC. Private parking with 4 parking spaces in the 70 m² enclosed courtyard in front of the house, covered shed and ping-pong table. Enclosed 200 m² garden to the rear of the Holiday cottage with terrace and Countryside views. For Kids: 3 Umbrella beds, 2 high chairs, children's bathtub, games and single and double strollers.
Nearby: Hiking and mountain-biking trails for sports enthusiasts, wine tasting in the cellars, restaurants... Shops in Nuits and Gevrey, also famous for their wines. Beaune and its Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, rich in cultural heritage and Museums (archaeological, fine arts...). Also at the crossroads of the verdant Ouche valley, snaked by the Burgundy canal. Pets not allowed. Accommodation not suitable for business stays.

Daily rate (for all bookings made from 01/01/2025):
From October 01 to April 30: 10€ / day for water, garbage, electricity (to be paid on site).
May 01 to September 30: €8/day for water, garbage, electricity and heating (payable on site).
