Upstairs: 2nd sitting room on landing. One bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 3 bedrooms with 2 beds 90 each. 1 baby bed. En-suite bathroom. WC.
Courtyard and enclosed garden of 1000 m². 5 parking spaces for cars.
Pets allowed up to 2 at a supplement of €5/pet/day.
Pastoral setting a few hundred meters from the Champagne-Bourgogne Canal and the banks of the Saône, ideal for walking and fishing. Summer beach and supervised swimming at Pontailler sur Saône 7 km away. Nearby cycle route (Voie bleue). Eco-paddling circuit.
Charges and extras :
Bed linen: 7 € for a single bed and 14 € for a double bed. Bathroom linen not provided.
End-of-stay cleaning: €80 (to be provided each week for business stays).
Oil heating (fixed price €28 per day) and electricity according to meter reading.

MOREAU Christine Tout était parfait pour le we anniversaire surprise de mon papa. Florence est non seulement très accueillante mais aussi très sympathique, arrangeante et vraiment à l’écoute de ses hôtes. Elle nous a envoyé dans le we un petit sms pour savoir si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Le gîte est très bien équipé, propreté impeccable et au calme. Commerces à 10/15 km on y trouve tout ce qui est nécessaire. Super terrain aménagé et équipe de mobilier d’extérieur. Je recommande vivement pour d’agréables réunion de famille au calme. Encore merci Florence et Jean Marc pour votre disponibilité. Nous reviendrons !
