Bikes can be stored in the owners' garage or under an outdoor shelter. Bus stop 100 m away for Aix les Bains (Ondéa line no. 1).
Holiday cottage on 2 levels in a Semi-detached house comprising the owners' living quarters and year-round rental accommodation. First floor: living room/kitchen/lounge area, downstairs WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 twin bed 160x200 cm), bathroom (bath and WC). Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux.
Le gîte est très bien situé, proche du lac et des activités.
Il y a un grand terrain et il est très bien équipé.
Le seul bémol est la route proche, mais ça personne n'y peut rien !

Sybille séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé deux semaines agréables dans ce gîte. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis cordialement et nous ont aidés quand on avait des questions ou des petits problèmes. La maison et surtout la cuisine sont très bien équipées. Nous avons profité du grand jardin et chaque matin, Merlin, l'âne du pré voisin a recu sa carotte. La maison se trouve à deux pas du lac, des pistes cyclables et du supermarché. Nous avons pu faire de belles randonnées à vélo.

Merci infiniment pour votre avis qui nous encourage à faire toujours mieux pour nos voyageurs. Ce fut une magnifique rencontre avec des échanges très enrichissants, la langue ne constituant pas une barrière pour le professeur de Français. Merlin, la mascotte de la propriété vous attend tous les matins, au même endroit. Nous avons bien sûr pris le relai. J'observe qu'une erreur s'est glissée dans votre dernière phrase. Vous avez en effet écrit, je NE recommanderai pas cette location à un ami. A très bientôt de vous recevoir de nouveau.

Nous avons été très bien reçus et les propriétaires ont été aux petits soins pour faciliter notre séjour.
Un grand merci spécial pour la décoration de Noël très fournie et chaleureuse
et des bûches dans le poêle n'attendaient que l'allumette pour une petite flambée de réveillon très sympathique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette joli maison avec un superbe jardin.
Un super acueil avec des propriétaires réactifs.
Le logement est très bien situé pour rayonner dans les alentours (Chambéry, Annecy, Genève, ect) et pour aller au Lac du Bourget (10/15 min à pied).
