Pre De La Madeleine

Le Pré de la Madeleine has been a family affair for several generations. This restored house bears witness to the way life used to be in this high-altitude hamlet. The original character of the place is a delight for a disconnected interlude and a grandiose view of the Galibier massif.

Panoramic view of Valloire! Access to the hamlet of Poingt-Ravier is via a winding 3 km stretch of tarmac road with numerous switchbacks (chains compulsory in winter). A small path leads up to the gite from the public parking lot 150 m away. In summer, it is possible to unload in front of the gite only if you have a 4 x 4 vehicle. In the hamlet, the restaurant "La Ferme de Poingt-Ravier" delights guests with its summer terrace in a flowery garden and its farm animals.

Detached house on 2 levels (access via a small dirt track from the parking lot 150m away). First floor: living room/kitchen/lounge area (1 double sofa bed 140x190cm). Upstairs: bedroom (1 double bed 140x190; 1 single sofa bed), shower room (shower with WC), balcony. Vast grounds.
