Petit Chalet

In the exceptional setting of the Polset valley, this charming, rustic alpine chalet is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and get back to basics. And if during the day, the place is frequented by hikers, it's in the evening that you'll really feel the luxury and peace of a mountain holiday!

Set in the heart of an alpine hamlet of typical stone and slate chalets, Le Petit Chalet is a renovated chalet offering sufficient comfort for a rejuvenating stay: solar panels for electricity, hot water on gas, running spring water (not controlled, so bring bottled water). Access is via a 500 m gravel road (suitable for a passenger car), with parking at the entrance to the hamlet (possibility of unloading in front of the chalet).

Alpine chalet adjoining another chalet at the top of the hamlet. Access through a low door (less than 1.80 m high) into the living area with kitchenette (sink, stove with gas oven, gas fridge/freezer), pellet stove (1st bag of pellets free, extra charge from 2nd bag consumed / see conditions with the owner on site), sitting area (Rapido Express sofa bed for 2 people). Sleeping area in basement alcove, with no access to the outside world (1 mattress 140x190 cm and 1 mattress 80x190 cm on a bed-settee for 3 people). Bathroom (shower and WC) in a vaulted room in the basement (access through a low door less than 1.80 m high). Terrace. Pellet stove: 1st bag free, extra charge from 2nd bag consumed (see conditions on site with the owner).
