In the heart of Granier, a typical village clinging to the slope on a very sunny side, the gîte is a 30-minute drive from the ski resorts of Montalbert, Montchavin-Les Coches and the Bourg saint Maurice funicular. The bay windows in the living room and kitchen open onto two terraces (35 m²) facing south and west, one for lunch and the other for relaxation. A barbecue with bread oven is available, shared with the owners, opposite the gite.
Detached house on 2 levels comprising first floor: entrance hall, living room with pellet stove (manual refill) and kitchen/living room opening onto 2 terraces, shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 80 x 200 cm which can be twinned to form 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 2 single beds 80 x 190 cm which can be twinned to form 1 double bed 160 x 190 cm / 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), shower room (walk-in shower), separate WC. Private parking spaces (1 in front of the gite and nearby). External access to washing machine in basement cellar.

Smala Très bon séjour aux Nivéales
Gîte spacieux, confortable, bien équipé et rénové. Literie de bonne qualité.
Deux terrasses agréables dont une avec vue sur la montagne.
Nous avons apprécié le calme et le charme du village de Granier qui offre des activités et des possibilités de randonnées en partant du gîte.
Très bon accueil de la propriétaire.
Nous avons signalé quelques aspects pratiques à améliorer mais dans l'ensemble ce gîte permet de passer un très bon séjour dans le Beaufortin.- Cleanliness

Les voyageurs Vacances en famille
Magnifique vue, jolie maison. Bonne literie. Bon accueil. Malheureusement pas très propre (cuisine et salle de bain surtout) et le salon un peu juste pour un logement conçu pour 6.
