Contemporary house located 4km from the Flumet ski slopes. At the edge of a small village on a south-east-facing slope. Superb natural setting of meadows and forests. Very quiet area. Very comfortable gite. Contemporary chalet feel. Charming living room in veranda. Warm and cosy. Beautiful outdoor space (swing). Superb panoramic view of the valley and Mont-Blanc massif.
Gite in the owners' house. First floor (independent access via outside steps): living room/kitchen/lounge area (1 x 120 x 190cm 1-person sofa bed), WiFi connection, 2 bedrooms (1 x 160 x 200cm 2-person bed / 2 single beds that can be twinned to form 1 x 160 x 200cm 2-person bed), shower room, separate WC. Storage space for bikes and motorcycles. Slow charging socket for electric cars.
Landscaped grounds. Ski Flumet 4km, Notre Dame de Bellecombe 6.5km, les Saisies 16km. Lake with Flumet leisure center. Free shuttle bus only 50m away in winter.

Elise Super séjour
Super séjour dans le gîte de Marie Hélène. Elle nous a accueilli chaleureusement et recommandé des balades à faire dans le coin.
La vue du gîte sur les montagnes est incroyable depuis la terrasse ensoleillée ! Lieu paisible et gîte très confortable avec beaucoup d’accessoires à disposition.

Rumba Super séjour d'hiver
Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprecié le sejour chez Marie-Helene. Elle a été super accueillante, à eu des petites attentions et a ete de très bons conseils au cours de notre séjour. Elle donne vraiment envie de découvrir sa région !

JVB Très bien
Très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui habite juste au dessus mais très discrète. Gîte fonctionnel et confortable avec très belle vue. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons !!!

Mamilou Belle semaine à St Nicolas
Nous venons dans le Chalet ma récompense depuis 2018 et c’est toujours le même accueil chaleureux par MHelene.
Avec nos amis nous passons toujours une très bonne semaine dans
ce joli chalet accueillant bien décoré et très propre.
Nous y apprécions aussi le calme et la serenité.

SD91 Séjour calme et confortable
Notre hôte est aux petits soins, tout en sachant être discrète.
Le logement est très bien conçu, ingénieux et très confortable avec une baie vitrée agréable les jours de neige (vue sur le Mont Blanc. La literie est très bien. L'appartement est très propre et facile à entretenir.
Il est très bien situé pour les skieurs comme pour nous qui n'en faisons pas (1h d'annecy, du Mont Blanc), les télécabines sont accessibles en 20 mn de voiture. Allez y vous ne serez pas déçus. Mais laissez nous encore de la place :)- Cleanliness
