First floor with independent access (via a small gravel path leading down to the garden): living room/kitchen/lounge area (1 double bed 140x190 cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm + 2 pull-out single beds 90x190 cm), bathroom (Italian shower). Bed linen included + beds made. Private terrace. Shared sheltered terrace + tiered garden. 2 shared gaming rooms with table tennis, table soccer and kitchen. 2 shared gaming rooms: table soccer and reading corner upstairs, and table tennis with terrace on the first floor.
