In the heart of a country village, this renovated family home has preserved its charm while embracing contemporary comforts with sobriety and elegance. The large terrace with plancha and spa invites you to relax and socialize. Like paintings, the bedroom windows offer breathtaking views of the landscape. A second lounge with a kitchenette is the ideal place for festive moments around the pool table and table soccer. Bed linen and towels included; beds made on arrival. Private parking for 4 cars.
Detached house on 3 levels comprising first floor: entrance hall with laundry and bike room. 1st floor: kitchen-living room, pellet stove (automatic recharging), Bluetooth speaker, 3 bedrooms including 1 with private shower room (1 double bed / 2 double beds 160 x 200 and a cot), shower room with WC (accessible for people with reduced mobility). 2nd floor: living room with kitchenette, billiards and table soccer, connected TV, wood-burning stove, 3 bedrooms including 2 with shared shower room (2 double beds / 2 double bunk beds, 1 single bed), shower room (2 basins) with WC, separate WC. 2 balconies. Alni37 Dans le top des gîtes en Savoie
Nous avions loué ce gîte pour se retrouver à 13 en famille dans une région agréable pendant 15 jours.
Idéal !
La maison est vaste,toutes les pièces aussi;l’ensemble offre un intérieur moderne et fonctionnel. On s’y "sent bien ".
Certes,il n’y a pas de piscine,mais le Lac d’Aiguebelette est tout proche, et le spa avec jacuzzi pour 7 est un plaisir.
Et que dire de l’équipement ! Il y a tout pour 15 personnes,tous les ustensiles de cuisine possibles et imaginables (dont certains que nous ne connaissions même pas), 4 TV ..de mémoire, des jeux de toutes sortes, baby-foot et billard, table et raquettes de TT, terrain et boules de pétanque...etc...etc..
Un bémol: les vaches des prairies voisines apportent nombre de mouches,mais il y a les bombes et tapettes nécessaires.
Et le propriétaire a confirmé son intention de mettre des moustiquaires aux ouvrants du RDJ.
Pour résumer, même en son état actuel,je recommande chaleureusement.- Cleanliness
