More than 45 km of cross-country skiing and skating trails let you make the most of the winter scenery, while magnificent snowshoeing itineraries wind their way through forests and alpine meadows. Alpine skiing enthusiasts will find a small, friendly ski area just 800 m away, equipped with two ski lifts and particularly suitable for beginners and Kids. The family resorts of Le Granier, 7 km away, and Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse / Le Planolet, 16 km away, round off the winter sports offer perfectly. Situated between Savoie and Isère, the Chartreuse massif boasts authentic, unspoilt landscapes and a rich heritage, including the famous Grande Chartreuse monastery. The surrounding area offers countless opportunities for Hiking, notably to the Hauts Plateaux Nature Reserve, with its remarkable panoramic views over the Grésivaudan valley and the Belledonne mountain range. Throughout the year, the Entremonts Valley also offers a wide range of sporting, aerial and leisure activities. Just 800 m away, the Désert Alpine skiing area offers two ski lifts perfect for friendly skiing, while the family resort of Le Granier, 7 km away, offers a warm welcome for young and old alike. The Holiday cottage boasts a large terrace and a large natural area with a remarkable panoramic view of the valley and surrounding mountains, and ski equipment can be rented directly from the cross-country skiing center. For events such as parties, family gatherings, birthdays or weddings, the Restaurant can be used in addition to the Holiday cottage's large hall, with the possibility of hiring a sound system.
