First floor: living room, kitchen, mezzanine with study, separate WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x200 cm) with private shower room and WC. 2nd floor: unenclosed bedroom (2 single beds 80x190 cm) with shower room (Italian shower) and private WC, dormitory (6 single beds 80x190 cm and 4 bunk beds 80x190 cm) with shower room (Italian shower) and private WC. Bed linen included, beds made up on arrival. Private tarmac courtyard and 1 parking space.
