Garden-level apartment on the first floor of the owners' home. On one level (5 steps down or gentle slope from the parking lot, then path through the grounds to reach the Holiday cottage): Living room-kitchenette with access to private outdoor dining area, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x200 cm which can be twinned to form 1 double bed 180x200 cm + 1 single convertible armchair 74x200 cm for a Kids), shower room (shower + wc), private parking (1 space). Unenclosed grounds shared with owners.
