Next to the village school, the location of the Luzes gite means you can take advantage of all the activities on offer in the Bauges massif. In winter, the ski slopes of the Margériaz snow stadium are 15 km away, and the cross-country ski trails of St François de Sales are 12 km away. In summer, the Iles du Chéran leisure park, 1.5 km away, offers swimming and other water sports activities. Parking available in front of the gite or in the parking lot in front of the school, next to the gite. The price is all-inclusive (sheets, towels, wood and end-of-stay cleaning) and beds are made on arrival.
Holiday cottage on 2 levels, in the owner's Semi-detached house, with independent access via an outside staircase, comprising on the 1st level: small balcony, entrance hall, living room/kitchen/lounge area, bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm), shower room (Italian shower and 2 basins, including washing machine), separate WC. First floor: 2 downstairs bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm; 1 single bed 90x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm), downstairs mezzanine with sitting area, shower room and separate WC. Total floor area: 126 m² including attic space. Private outdoor area with deckchairs and garden furniture.

Séjour parfait au gîte des Luzes à Lescheraines.
Le gîte est aménagé de manière très chaleureuse, et est très bien équipé et fonctionnel.
De plus, il est calme et bien situé à proximité des commerces et des randonnées.

Arnaud Très beau gîte
Gîte entièrement refait à neuf, très fonctionnel meme pour 8 personnes, très propre, bien chauffé pas grand-chose à redire sinon peut-être le fait que le séjour/cuisine est un peu sombre car équipé de petites fenêtres. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter des espaces extérieurs en hiver.
Parking très facile juste en face du gîte.

Iso Maginfique séjour à la montagne
Nous avons passé un super séjour au gîte des Luzes.
Le gîte est chaleureux, très bien équipé et bien situé. Il est rénové et décoré avec goût, spacieux et très bien aménagé.
Le massif des Bauges est magnifique, c'est une très belle découverte !
Les propriétaires sont très sympas et attentionnés.
