First floor (with independent entrance on the same level): a sleeping area (separated by a curtain) comprising a 2-person bed 160 x 200 cm (memory foam mattress), a sitting area with TV (Netflix and Youtube multimedia), a sound bar with Bluetooth speaker, WiFi connection, a bathroom (shower and WC), living room-kitchen sitting area (1 convertible sofa 130 x 190 cm), a mezzanine with ladder access (total ceiling height less than 1.80 m: 1 double bed 140 x 190 cm and 1 single bed). Reversible air-conditioning, pellet wood-burning stove. Bed linen and towels included. Beds made up on arrival. Terrace with private outdoor space. Shared swimming pool.
