This 19th-century alpine farm is accessible in the summer via a 300-meter-long gravel road suitable for vehicles. In winter, access to the Chalet is exclusively on foot, along the trail (an unplowed path with a 300-meter climb from the Orgère parking lot). The owners arrange for luggage transport on the evening of arrival around 6:00 p.m., when the slopes close. Spacious natural grounds with a small shaded terrace offering a panoramic view of the mountain range and Mont Blanc.

First floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have private bathrooms (shower) (3 single beds 90x190 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm and 1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), 2 bathrooms (shower), 2 separate toilets. Sauna with multi-jet shower. Total floor area: 96 m², including attic spaces. Private balcony and small terrace. Shared grounds. Private parking in the summer and parking below the property in the winter, with access on foot and luggage transport provided.
