In a hamlet on the mountainside overlooking the road, 2 km from the La Roche chairlift with ample parking (or free shuttle bus 200 m away linking all the other La Plagne resorts), this house comprises 2 gites, one on the first floor and the other on the garden level. The living room is spacious and bright, with a wood-burning stove. The mezzanine with its sloping ceiling is a delight for children. The private ski/bike room is located outside the gite, on the garden level.

Ground-floor gite accessible from the road, adapted for people with reduced mobility, comprising: entrance, living room-kitchen (satellite TV with Netflix, Googleplay, etc.) opening onto a balcony, PMR bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm) with private shower room (Italian shower and toilet). First floor: mezzanine, 3 bedrooms (2 bunk beds 90x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm with balcony / 2 single beds 90x200 cm), 2 bathrooms (1 with walk-in shower), separate WC. Private terrace and parking.
