This charming gîte perched high above Albertville (a town at the crossroads of the Alpine valleys), nestled in a picturesque setting, is 5 km from the medieval town of Conflans, an architectural gem with cobblestone streets and half-timbered houses, and 25 km from the family-friendly ski resort of Arêches Beaufort. 45 km away is Annecy, renowned for its magnificent historic center, picturesque canals, lake and water sports. For cycling enthusiasts, valleys with major cols are close by, offering great challenges with their winding mountain roads. The Seythenex cave, 26 km away, is a unique experience. The Parc Naturel Régional du Massif des Bauges and the Parc National de la Vanoise are ideal for hiking, with a multitude of accessible trails.

It's a hamlet on the heights of Albertville where Marc and Jocelyne have succumbed to the charm of an old farmhouse to turn it into a cosy, warm nest. The sheltered terrace, proudly displaying its exposed beams, stands out for its surface area and its panoramic view over the Tarentaise valley. This 19th-century farmhouse combines a charming style of timeless elegance and sobriety with a touch of modernity. A sauna and a closed hearth fireplace complete this property (sauna access only from November 1 to March 1).
Detached house on 3 levels. First floor (accessed via an outside staircase from the parking lot): entrance hall, 1 family room (2 bunk beds, 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm) and en-suite shower room (shower and bath), 1 bedroom with balcony (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm) and en-suite shower room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200c m) and en-suite shower room. 1st floor: living room, kitchen, lounge with fireplace, sauna (access only from November 1 to March 1). 2nd floor: large "dormitory" bedroom (1 double bed, 2 single beds) under the rafters with a Kids' area (games, books, stuffed toys, etc.) and private shower room. 3 separate WCs on each floor. Private parking for 5 cars. Possibility of parking motorcycles in the owner's garage. Electric vehicle charging station (extra charge, see owner for details).

Emma Séjour entre amis sur les hauteurs d'Albertville
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet situé sur les hauteurs d'Albertville : parfaitement équipé, très bien isolé, et disposant d'une terrasse très agréable avec vue sur les montagnes enneigées.
Parfait pour 12 personnes, il y a largement assez d'espace et une salle de bain par chambre.
Nous n'avons finalement pas eu besoin de reprendre les voitures pour effectuer une randonnée très sympa, entre forêts, points de vue et zones enneigées.

Sehr geräumiges Haus und sehr viel Platz für die gesamte Familie. Besonders geeignet für kleine Kinder wegen der Schutzgitter. Wundervoller Blick von der Terrasse und sehr ruhig gelegen.

Mathieu Excellent séjour en famille !
Gîte magnifique, très bien rénové avec une énorme terrasse couverte donnant sur les montagnes et la vallée et disposant de tout le confort pour passer des moments exceptionnels. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et attentionnés.
Le ménage pourrait être légèrement approfondi par endroits. Et il manque peut être quelques plats de service.Un immense merci pour cette magnifique semaine. Nous reviendrons assurément :)

L'ajoulot Un balcon panoramique
Maison rénovée de manière exemplaire, équipement de l'habitat excellent, hormis pour la cuisine toutefois susceptible d'être étoffé, notamment un plan de cuisson déficient.
Accueil chaleureux d'un propriétaire chaleureux à l'accent provençal savoureux, en revanche prestations pour le moins discutables de l'agence de conciergerie, la vaisselle n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée, aucune explication sur le fonctionnement des appareils, difficilement atteignable, nous a facturé indûment le linge de maison qui était pourtant compris dans l'offre. Beaucoup d'amélioration àé attendre de ce côté.- Cleanliness

David location weekend pour un mariage
Très bon accueil des hôtes, arrangeants et sympathiques. Cadre magnifique, isolé mais assez proche des commodités et sites touristiques d'Albertville. Chalet très spacieux avec une literie confortable. Un séjour très plaisant
