L'ensoleille

Located at the foot of the Beaufortain massif, close to major ski areas, you can easily reach La Plagne via Montchavin (16 km) or Les Arcs 1600 via the Bourg-St-Maurice funicular (15 km). Cross-country skiing at Granier 10 km away (5 km loop, snowshoe trails and toboggan run) or Peisy-Vallandry Nordic ski area 20 km away. In summer, the scenery becomes a hiker's paradise: explore the Cormet d'Arêches trails above Granier or discover the Hiking trails and high-altitude lakes of the Vanoise National Park.

House located in a residential area on the heights of Aime, a village with shops and services open all year round. Free public roadside parking below the house. Holiday cottage of good comfort, with a bright living room opening onto a sheltered terrace. Public Kids' play area next to the property (direct access through a gate). Bikes can be stored in the owner's personal garage (roadside garage).

Holiday cottage on the first floor of the owners' house (independent entrance), with access by metal staircase from the road (30 steps), comprising a living room-kitchen corner (1 sofa bed BZ 140x190 cm), bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm), shower room and separate WC. Sheltered terrace with table, 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs.
