All the shops, supermarket and train station are in Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne (10 km) or Modane (15 km). Outdoor enthusiasts will love the asphalt forest trail leading from the Holiday cottage, perfect for strolling, tobogganing or Hiking, depending on the season. Nearby, discover cross-country skiing in Aussois or Valloire, fishing at Lake des Karellis, Lake Bissorte or in the Arc, or swimming in the swimming pools of Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne (10 km), Modane (15 km) or at the residence (2 km). Horse-riding enthusiasts will be delighted at Saint-Julien-Montdenis. Access via a steep asphalt path and metal staircase (8 steps), small unfenced plot bordering a spring opposite the Holiday cottage on the other side of the path. First floor (access from outside): laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer) and garage (1 space - with domestic charging socket for electric vehicles). In the Holiday cottage: 1st floor: living room/kitchen/lounge area (2-person rapido sofa 140x190 cm) with access to terrace (13 m2 / outdoor Spa). First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm and 1 single bed 90x190 cm on mezzanine), shower room, separate toilet. 1 private parking space along the road. Ski and bike room.
