In summer, the Col de l'Iseran to Val d'Isère or a trip to Italy via the Col du Mont-Cenis or the Fréjus tunnel at Modane.

At the entrance to the hamlet of Les Grands Champs, the 5-unit residence is 300 m from the ski lifts and 2 km from stores and services. In winter, the shuttle bus stop 100 m away makes it easy to get between Lanslebourg and Lanslevillard. At the entrance to the residence, you'll find an attractive private ski room equipped with a boot dryer. A few parking spaces are available in front of the house, with a shared electric recharging point outside (chargeable). A large free public parking lot 50 m from the house offers easy parking.

Duplex gite located on the 1st floor of the house, comprising a living room/kitchen/lounge area (sound bar), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm made up of 2 single beds 80x200 cm) opening onto a balcony and with a mezzanine underneath (1 single bed 90x190 cm - access via a steep staircase not recommended for Kids under 6), a shower room, separate WC. Upstairs via a spiral staircase to a mezzanine overlooking the living room (3 single beds 90x190 cm including 2 bunk beds - washbasin). Total floor area: 64 m² including attic space. Balcony-terrace with garden furniture. Laundry room shared with another Holiday cottage (washing machine and dryer) outside, on garden level.
