House on 2 levels with laundry room with washing machine and dryer on first floor. 1st floor (access via outside staircase or inside): living room (Wifi connection only in living room), kitchenette, 3 dormitories each with a washbasin (3 single 80x190 cm bunk beds and 1 single 80x190 cm bed / 2 double 140x190 cm beds, 1 single 80x190 cm bed / 1 double 140x190 cm bed, 2 single 80x190 cm beds on a low bench), a shower opening onto the corridor, 2 shower rooms including 1 with WC, 2 separate WCs. Garden with picnic tables and benches, petanque court, swing and wood-burning barbecue. No overcrowding allowed (even if only for meals).
