Accessible on foot, snowshoes or cross-country skis depending on the season (15-20 min ascent) via a steep path (difference in altitude approx. 130 m), this characterful mountain chalet with Ecogite qualification has been rebuilt with an environmental approach that enhances the ecological and heritage qualities of the hamlet of Les Fontanettes: photovoltaic panels, filtered and controlled spring water collection (drinking water), wood-fired stove (and gas oven), local bio-sourced materials... From the Pont du Villard parking lot (3 km from Termignon), your luggage and provisions are transported to and from the site by a 4x4 vehicle.

Large studio on the first floor of the Chalet, comprising a living room with kitchenette and sitting area, a 2-person bed (160 x 200 cm) on a platform, a shower room (Italian-style shower with showerhead and hand-held shower), dry toilet. Bed linen and towels included and beds made on arrival. Wooden terrace not adjoining the Chalet, independent and shaded. Garden furniture. Swimming (June to September, weather permitting) in a 2 m deep, solar-heated, plant-filtered swimming pool (water lilies and reeds).
