Ground floor: kitchen - living room - dining room with balcony-terrace access / 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 / 2 single beds 80x200 convertible into 1 double bed 160x200), shower room with WC, 1 separate WC. Garden with 15 m² above-ground swimming pool shared with the owners from mid-June to mid-September, weather permitting. Parking (2 spaces). Air-conditioning. Bed linen included and Beds made on arrival.
