Access to the chalet via a 300 m (50 m of which is steep) gravel-covered, driveable alpine path on a south-facing slope with panoramic views of the massif. Parking for 2 cars in front of the chalet, depending on snow conditions; otherwise, public parking 600 m away. Private heated ski room (skis and boot dryer) in a sports store in Bisanne 1500. Grocery store in Bisanne 1500 or Les Saisies during the summer and winter seasons, supermarket with gas station in Villard sur Doron 10 km away.

First floor: entrance, laundry room, shower room (sauna), separate WC, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm; 2 single bunk beds). 1st floor: living room/kitchen/lounge (TV with satellite dish), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm) and en-suite shower room, separate WC. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190 cm), mezzanine overlooking the living room and a "cabane"-style alcove under the ceiling (2 double beds), bathroom (bath and WC).
