Gîte in the owner's house on 2nd floor with independent entrance via 2 outside staircases (1 of which is steep). Living room with kitchenette and sleeping area separated by a curtain and removable wooden shutters (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 cot), 1 bedroom (3 single beds 90x190 cm), shower room, separate toilet. Wellness area with 4-person spa and shower (see access conditions with the owner) on the first floor of the chalet (shared). Balcony with private terrace. Shared courtyard. Bed linen included + beds made on arrival. Total floor area: 66m² including attic.
