5 Holiday cottages in the house. 2nd floor (access in winter to the building entrance via a staircase leading down from the parking lot): living room/kitchen/lounge area (1 double sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed/2 single beds), shower room, separate WC. Total floor area: 82 m² including attic space. Shared washing machine in a room on the ground floor of the house (access from outside). Shared courtyard + small plot. Access to the Holiday cottage in winter via a staircase from the Public parking lot; in summer, parking available in the courtyard.
