Detached chalet next to the owners' house (a former farmhouse) located at the top of the village, overlooking the valley with panoramic views of the mountains and Mont Blanc. East-southwest-facing slope with meadows. Restored family chalet, comfortable and functional, with a shower room on each level. West-facing terrace with table and bench, 2 deckchairs. Bicycles can be stored under a covered shelter.
Individual chalet on 2 levels, comprising an entrance hall, kitchen opening onto a corner balcony, bedroom (2 bunk beds 90x190 cm and 1 pull-out single bed 80x190 cm) with private bathroom (shower and WC). 1st floor (steep staircase): converted attic with balcony, including sitting area (sofa bed 1 person and 1 double bed 160x200 cm), shower room (shower and WC). Total floor area: 70 m² including attic space. Private terrace. Courtyard shared with owners. Gently sloping grounds.

Wally Gîte isolé avec magnifique vue
Magnifique gîte isolé sur les hauteurs de flumet. Vue splendide sur le mont blanc. Idéal pour un séjour au calme tout en étant proche des activités de Montagne. Super séjour en famille!!!
NB : proprio habitent à côté mais très discretd!!!

Séjour très agréable dans un chalet très cosy où il fait bon vivre même les jours de pluie! Au calme, avec une belle vue mais quand même assez proche des commerces et bien placé pour randonner aux alentours. Les propriétaires sont voisins mais très discrets et Sonia vous accueille toujours avec le sourire.

Hendrik A cozy and comfortable house on a beautiful spot
We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely wooden mountain house. The hostess warmly welcomed us and gave us some great tips about the local facilities and things to do during our stay. We were there in the middle of summer with our kids of 6 and 8 years old. The comfortable house itself was mainly used for cooking and sleeping as the weather was great so most of the time we sat outside, enjoying the great views of the mountains around us with the beautiful snowy tops of the Mont Blanc as the biggest bonus. It's a nicely remote area where you can hear the sound of cow bells and buzzards flying over. The kids had a great time playing around the house, feeding the chickens and exploring the area. There a hiking trails all over the place which can be reached by car or ski lift and there multiple lakes close by for a refreshing swim. The closest lake also has a floating obstacle run and tree climbing trails. A good bakery and super market are a short drive down thew mountain and cities like Annecy and Chamonix are about an hour driving away. We highly recommend this place.
