Kids will be delighted by the under-roof space, with its Mountain refuge atmosphere and sleeping and play areas. In winter, parking is available in the Public parking lot 50 m away; in summer, cars can be unloaded in front of the house.

First floor (accessed by ten or so steps): living/kitchen area (1 Rapido Express 2-person 160x200 cm convertible sofa) opening onto a terrace, shower room, separate toilet. 1st floor: living room (1 pull-out sofa 2 single beds) with TV (with HDMI/Jack cable for Apple laptop), connected speaker system, balcony and terrace, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200cm), bathroom (shower and WC). 2nd floor: attic with 3 single beds (90 x 200cm) and a bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200cm). Total floor area: 105 m² including attic space.
