Formerly there was a summer camp dating from 1960. Now there are 4 spacious and comfortable wooden frame chalets, open on the South plateau and the Margeriaz. Discover the Gîtes des 3 sapins, a small hamlet of chalets in the heart of a peaceful property, surrounded by nature and 1km from the resort center of La Féclaz.

Detached chalet surrounded by 3 other chalets. Access via a 250-meter carriage road (winter equipment mandatory), private parking in front of the chalet. PMR-accessible. Living room-kitchen-lounge area with wood-burning stove (box of wood extra, payable locally to owner), 3 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite shower room (shower and toilet) and 1 with en-suite shower room (shower only) (2 single beds (90x200 cm) can be twinned in each bedroom), PMR toilet, terrace, ski and bike room. Electric vehicle charging station (chargeable). Shared washing machine and dryer in the 4-gîte building.
